		<description><![CDATA[從來都認為美國人普遍是要求極低，甚至可以說是bad taste的，你看他們無論是時裝、電器、汽車以至飲食，每一樣都是粗枝大葉，跟優雅、細膩、體貼、創意、品味、深度完全扯不上關係，是次美式晚餐進一步強化這套印象。 雖然我和Sam都是非常不重視特別日子的人，生日還是個好藉口去吃一餐豪的。香港著名扒房中先去乘車經過無數次但從未光顧過的Ruth&#8217;s Chris。這裡消費比起酒店有過之而無不及，環境和服務自然極好，當晚是星期六，沒有了平日金鐘下班晚飯的外國人，開始時場面比較冷清，一位侍應大概只會負責一兩檯客人。 點了兩個set： Starter: Soup, Salad Sparkling Wine 轉了做兩杯紅酒 (Merlot, Pinot Noir) Main Course: New York Strip (12 Oz, medium rare), Fillet (8 Oz, medium rare) with Grilled Lobster Tail Side Dish: Sautéed Mushrooms, Baked Potato Coffee with cream Dessert: Creme Brulée, Ice Cream, Birthday Bread Pudding (free) 再次強調這是美國餐，每道菜份量很大而且毫無美感，重點是他們的招牌牛扒，其他沒有太值得提及的地方。一年前我們曾經在超市買過$200一塊的US Prime Rib-eye回家用普通家庭煤氣爐去煎，效果非常好，印象深刻，可是在這裡吃他們以1800度高溫烤的US Prime牛扒，居然找不到特別驚喜… 他們沒有做錯，也不是不好吃，只是，如此享負盛名的扒房沒有為我帶來太多增值，比較之下實在有意想不到的失望。 將來還有機會再來的，不過下次只點牛扒好了，品嘗完牛扒再到別處吃其他的吧。 [...]]]></description>
